Mr. Kim has been President and CEO of First IC Bank since February of 2009. Previously he was with First IC Bank as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kim began his banking career in 1991 with Korea First Bank in Los Angeles California. During his 27 year banking career he has held various positions with increasing responsibility. Much of his career was spent with Hanmi Bank in California where he held positions of Senior Vice President and Chief Capital Markets Officer, Senior Vice President and Manager of Special Assets Department.

Mr. Kim graduated from Seoul National University in Korea. He also received his MBA from California State University, and the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Mr. Kim is a Chartered Financial Analyst having received this designation in 2001.

Mr. Briscoe has been EVP and CFO and COO with First IC Bank since February 2010. Mr. Briscoe began his banking career with Citizens and Southern National Bank in 1977. He served in various capacities with C&S over the 11 years he was there. Following C&S Mr. Briscoe has been in a number of community banks primarily serving in Senior Management roles as CFO, COO, and President and CEO throughout the remainder of his forty plus year career in the banking industry.

Mr. Briscoe is a graduate of Reinhardt College, The University of Georgia, and the Graduate School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University.

Dong Won Shin is the Senior Vice President and Controller of the bank and brings more than 23 years of experience in banking and financial services. He started his bank career in 1996 for Shinhan bank, South Korea with various positions and graduated Georgia State University with MBA degree. He joined First IC bank in 2004.
